When you purchase a Customized Yin Yoga Flow at Wildflower Yin, Lis will send you a form to learn about your body’s needs and then record a yin flow that is customized just for you, alongside playlists that will help you tune into each pose more fully. Each new pose in the flow is guided, then you are provided time to tune inwards and be present with the feeling of the stretch in your body. Recordings will be available for you to access at any time.
