About Lis
There are so many things I love to share about my experience with yoga and spirituality. To put it simply, I have had an incredible journey.
In late 2022, as I was quickly advancing up the software corporate ladder, my family experienced a scare that put life into perspective for me. In the midst of the fear I was experiencing at that time, I found myself also questioning the purpose of life and why we humans collectively choose to spend most of our time doing things that don’t make our heart sing. After experimenting with multiple different plant medicines and discovering my personalized version of yoga, I have deepened my connection both to my body and to my spirit in ways I would never have believed before. I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to share my experience with anyone who resonates with my journey.
I have always loved to learn about differing perspectives around the world throughout time, which is what led me to studying Anthropology in college. As I’ve blossomed these last few years, I’ve realized I’ve become more of a Spiritual Anthropologist: fascinated by the religions and spirituality of all cultures around the world. Regardless of what you believe, including not believing in anything, there are far more common threads between all of us than you may think.
I am so looking forward to becoming a certified yoga teacher in December of this year. I have led multiple yoga events thus far, as well as guided meditations and spiritual mentorships to many people dear to my heart. I am deeply committed to helping others learn to help themselves. If you feel called to work with me, please reach out. I am more than happy to help in any way I can.
